4.2 Participant Conduct

When participating in our workshops, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Treat other participants and staff with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in any disruptive or harmful behavior
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Handle all materials and equipment with care

4.3 Assumption of Risk

Candle making involves working with hot wax and other materials that may pose certain risks. By participating in our workshops, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during your participation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the website, you agree not to:

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
